Aligarh Fort, also known as Ramgarh Quila, is a historic 16th-century fortress located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, featuring a 32-foot high structure surrounded by a deep moat. Built in 1524-25 during Ibrahim Lodhi’s reign, it is now managed by Aligarh Muslim University and serves as a significant, albeit dilapidated, tourist site with botanical gardens.
Location: Situated on the Grand Trunk Road, north of Aligarh city near the Aligarh Muslim University campus.
